Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At Kayla Cerda Coaching, we are committed to delivering exceptional coaching services tailored to help our clients achieve their goals. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your coaching arrangement. Please carefully review our Refunds and Cancellations Policy below.
1. REFIND ELIGIBILITY
a. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
In cases of documented medical conditions or extenuating circumstances that prevent the client from continuing coaching services. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refund eligibility will be determined by Kayla Cerda Coaching.
If a client is mistakenly charged for services not received.
b. Refunds will not be issued for:
A change of mind.
Dissatisfaction with services provided, as this is expected to be communicated clearly, openly, and promptly during the coaching period.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Clients may cancel their coaching services at any time, adhering to the following guidelines:
Written notice: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to admin@kaylacerdacoaching.com.
Minimum notice period: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required.
Commitment term: Cancellations can only be requested after the minimum commitment term, as outlined in the specific service agreements.
For clients on ongoing coaching memberships, cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the minimum commitment term, provided the required notice period is met.
3. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
We are dedicated to your satisfaction and success. If you are dissatisfied with our coaching services:
You must notify us within 7 days.
We will address your concerns and provide additional support as necessary.
If you remain unsatisfied after our efforts, you may cancel remaining services. Please note that the minimum commitment terms will not be forfeited.
4. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Administrative fees may apply to refunds and cancellations to cover processing costs. These fees will be clearly communicated to the client during the request process.

6. CHANGES TO POLICY
